Role Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team in Cincinnati as a Host/Server. In this dual role, you'll have the opportunity to welcome clients with warmth and professionalism as a Host, while also providing hospitality services as a Server during client meetings and events.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, creating a positive first impression
• Escort clients to their designated meeting space and assist with seating arrangements
• Set up and prepare meeting rooms for client meetings and events
• Take and deliver orders for food and beverages, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the meeting spaces, including clearing tables and resetting for the next event
• Anticipate and fulfill client needs, providing attentive service throughout their visit

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be based in or near Cincinnati, Ohio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
